The double action revolver owners who use heavy weight hunting bullets (300 grain and above) often find it impossible to lower the rear sight to bring the point of impact down on the Redhawk.

This custom extra-height replacement sight is .060 taller than the factory sight, leaving plenty of room for sight adjustment. Field tested for 44 mag from 300 grain to 360 grain and 45 Long Colt from 300 and 420 grain bullet weights.

This sight is made of steel, precisely machined, deeply blued, and has serrated ramp without a red plastic insert.

This finished sight can also be used for Ruger's Redhawk, Super Redhawk, Super Blackhawk Hunter, and GP-100.
